As President and Chief Operating Officer, Shawn oversees the daily operations of our company.

With extensive experience in both project management and architecture, Shawn has worked on a diverse range of projects, primarily focused on workplace design. He is known for his detailed technical knowledge and deep practical experience, which he brings to every project he works on.

Prior to joining our team, Shawn served as a Regional Project Management Leader and Chief Operating Officer at Sequoias Design. He is committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality on every project, and his ability to collaborate closely with project teams has led to a track record of successful outcomes.

As the Construction Partner at Sequoias Design, Eric is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including consulting, quality control, and managing project progress.

Eric is known for his ability to turn design concepts into reality, and his leadership has been instrumental in helping our construction team maintain a consistent philosophy over the past decade: delivering high-quality products quickly and within budget.

With his expertise and experience, Eric ensures that every project is completed to the highest standards of quality, and that our clients' needs are always met with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.

 As the Design Partner at Sequoias Design, Keith Xie is a visionary designer who challenges conventional assumptions about program, space, and human experience to create highly innovative built environments.

He holds a B.A. degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and has 3 years of experience in architectural practice. Keith is familiar with various project types ranging from residential to commercial buildings. Unlike other designers, he also has experience working in a structural engineering firm, which enables him to design buildings that meet the client's needs with an aesthetically pleasing appearance while also using the most economical and practical structural system to fit within the client's budget. Keith strives to provide customers with a compelling reason to choose Sequoias Design for their projects.
